Through thousands of interactions with "so-called" professional real estate agents across the United States and several other countries, Andrew quickly discovered that not all agents are created equal. Some were surprisingly downright unethical, unbeknownst to the clients they were representing.
Based on a 2015 comprehensive 164-page survey commissioned by the National Association of Realtors, the number one danger facing the real estate industry is "The real estate industry is saddled with a large number of part-time, untrained, unethical, and/or incompetent agents."
This inspired Andrew in 2016 to help educate buyers by publishing his book "Castle to Kingdom" - Locate Your Lifestyle. The definitive guide to helping buyers purchase lifestyle real estate in the United States."
